Welcome to my professional homepage.

I am currently working in academia. Please be assured that I am highly industry-friendly as well.

I am indeed very interested in developing synergies between industry and academic research.

Current activities

I am currently a temporary lecturer and researcher ("Attaché Temporaire d'Enseignement de Recherche" in French) at Université Blaise Pascal, Clermont-Ferrand, France for one year (sept 2008 - 2009). I am primarily teaching at ISIMA, a computer engineering school.

I am doing my research work as part of the APIS Research Group in the LIMOS laboratory which is affiliated to CNRS. More on my current and past research is available here.

I have some non-academic activities, including the IzPack project that I founded and still lead at The Codehaus, a leading opensource community.

I am part of FishCat (through invitation by Sun Microsystems), a community effort comprising independent experts for improving the quality of Glassfish v3. Glassfish is the opensource JavaEE application server from Sun Microsystems.

Curriculum

I did a joint PhD in Computer Science between Université Blaise Pascal, France and the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. More details can be found here.

A somehow accurate excerpt of my curriculum is available from my LinkedIn profile.
